OSS/BSS Solution
- Overview
EION’s BSS/OSS solution is a modular, scalable and integrated end-to-end solution for enabling WiMAX network front office, back office and operations systems. Customer registration, mediation and rating of usage records, credit control, billing and collection, and customer and web care are seamlessly integrated. Operators can choose an end-to-end solution, or modularized where separate functions can be chosen to complement existing OSS/BSSs.
Front Office systems include customer care, customer management, collections and trouble tickets. Back office systems include billing, rating, credit control and interconnect. These key modules enable such services/processes as customer inquiries, registration, equipment purchase, payments, complaints, and self-servicing via the web.
