EION Makes Executive Appointments in Wireless Division

Market Development Executives will ensure Market Penetration in key regions for the company's Wireless Business

Ottawa, Canada; June 18, 2004 - EION Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ernie Isaak and Siva Chidhambaram as Executive Consultants - Market Development for EION's Wireless Division.  Their addition to the Executive team will ensure market development and business growth for the company's wireless products.

Ernie Isaak is a seasoned executive in Business Development and Strategic Business Initiatives.  He joins EION as part of the Market and Business Development team, bringing over 35 years expertise in International Marketing, Sales, Computer Systems and Technology, Telecommunications and Government Relations.  Mr. Isaak has extensive experiene in developing and emerging markets, and managing strategic partnerships.  His career has taken him to executive positions within several global corporations, including Director at CAL Corporation, Vice President at the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and President of EDP Industries.

Siva Chidhambaram is an accomplished professional with international experience and a proven ability to devise trade and market development strategies.   Also as part of the Market and Business Development team, he brings over 20 years experience in international and emerging market development.  He has worked as an Economist/CTA/Consultant with UNDP-funded projects in Lesotho, Somalia, Kenya, Mali and Uganda.  Mr. Chidhambaram is a management consultant, focusing on trade development in South Africa, India, Mexico, Uganda and New Zealand.
